All-star cheer in New York is genuinely statewide. Western New York shows up in Olean, Lackawanna, Rochester, and Macedon; the Capital Region in Latham and Albany; the Hudson Valley in Mahopac and Pine Bush; and Long Island in Ronkonkoma. Four of the ten ranked New York gyms also hold NCA titles, and the level spread runs from L1 all the way to L6.

Storm Athletics of Olean is New York's #1 gym for 2025-26 with 44 banners and 83 podium finishes, both state highs. The all-star program fields 30 teams, the largest ranked roster in the state, competing from L1 through L6. It also holds 1 NCA title.
Buffalo Envy All Stars of Lackawanna ranks #2 with 27 banners and 47 podiums on the season. The program runs 14 teams spanning L1 through L6. It anchors the Buffalo-area scene in a strong western New York top ten.
Woodlands Elite - Albany, based in Latham, takes #3 with 24 banners and 36 podiums. Its 12 teams compete from L1 up through L4.2, and the program holds 1 NCA title.
Extreme Force All Stars of Mahopac sits at #4 with 19 banners and 38 podium finishes. A nine-team program, it covers levels from L1 through L6, including L2.1 divisions.
Quest Athletics in Pine Bush posted 19 banners and 25 podiums this season, good for #5 in New York. The gym is compact at six teams (L1 through L4.2) but carries 3 NCA titles, the most of any program in the state rankings.
Long Island Cheer, based in Ronkonkoma, comes in at #6 with 17 banners and 40 podiums. Its 19 teams span one of the broadest level spreads on this list, from L1 up to L6, and the program owns 1 NCA title.
New York Icons of Rochester also earned 17 banners this season, along with 35 podium finishes, placing #7. The program fields 14 teams competing from L1 through L6.
The Stingray Allstars New York - Rochester, located in Macedon, ranks #8 with 11 banners and 20 podiums. Formerly Core Athletix Rochester, the ice-themed Stingray Allstars franchise runs 11 teams across L1 through L6.
Triple Threat Athletics of Albany takes the #9 spot with 10 banners and 20 podium finishes. Its seven teams compete between L1.1 and L4.
Cheer Athletics - Rochester rounds out the New York top ten with 6 banners and 8 podiums. The Rochester location fields nine teams focused on the L1 through L3 range.
