Account & Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel a subscription: If you subscribed through the iOS app, manage your plan from your Apple ID: open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Restore a purchase: On the app's upgrade screen, tap "Restore Purchases."
- Password reset: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen, or email us and we'll help.
- Delete your account: Email team@fullout.energy and we'll process your request.
Safety & Reporting
FullOut has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. If you see content that violates our Terms of Service:
- Use the Report (flag) control on any photo, video, post, or profile to send it to our moderation team for review.
- Use the Block control on a user's profile to immediately hide their content from you and notify our team.
- For urgent safety concerns, email team@fullout.energy with details.
We review reports and take action, which may include removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.
