Varsity Cheer League Adds Monthly Awards and Summit Bid Opportunities for Season Five

Conference standings will carry additional stakes in Varsity Cheer League's fifth season. Varsity's November 2 announcement adds monthly rewards and March opportunities connected to four Summit competitions.
In March, the program lists bid opportunities for The Summit, D2, Youth and Small Gym Summit events. It also says league standings will help determine Wild Card performance order at those competitions. The notice does not specify bid quantities or detailed eligibility.
Other months bring merchandise discounts, a spectator-pass raffle and team spotlights. Final April standings offer credits of $2,500, $1,500 and $500 for the first three teams in each conference, respectively, plus banners. Coaches should check each month's conditions before planning around an award.
