A parent choosing between two programs does not have your season. They have an Instagram grid, a website last touched two summers ago, and whatever somebody said in a group chat.
The results exist. They are just spread across nine producers' results pages, so nobody outside your gym has ever seen the program in one piece.
The question is not how many banners you have. It is who is reading, and what they can see when they get there.

When a record exists, it can organize received teams, credited roles and season results on one public page.

This public view is built from results FullOut has received. It can exist without a claim, and users can submit corrections when the record needs attention.

Reading an available public record costs nothing and needs no account. Gym claims are available only for eligible, verified Pro accounts where claiming is enabled.
Eligible accounts may be offered domain-email or human-reviewed Instagram proof. Gym claims are available only for eligible, verified Pro accounts where claiming is enabled.
Bio, phone, email, website, socials and the year you were founded, so the contact details on the page are the ones you actually answer.
Post a gallery and highlight videos straight to the gym page, instead of hoping a visitor goes looking for them somewhere else.
The bulletin board takes up to five links, for tryouts or registration, pointing at the pages and forms you already run off platform.
Five seats in total: one owner plus four admins. Each seat holder needs their own live Pro subscription, so add the staff who will genuinely use it.
Gym owners and program directors, who would rather the page a family lands on said what the program has actually done. Claiming it is how the bio, the contact details and the photos become yours to write.
And the people doing the shopping: a parent comparing two gyms in the same town, an athlete working out where to move next season, a coach checking who a program has on staff. None of them need an account to read any of it.
Athletes who list your program for a season show up on the page too, each name linking to their own profile. They confirm that themselves, season by season, on their side.
Without a connected path
Without a connected review, public records and conditional page maintenance remain separate actions.
With FullOut
Review the public program record and, when eligible, maintain its page.
Reading available gym records and the directory costs nothing. Gym claims are available only for eligible, verified Pro accounts where claiming is enabled. Pro is per person, so every seat holder subscribes on their own account.
