What you see when you open your producer page

Public producer pages can show received events and results. Additional relationship views appear only for seats covered by individually reviewed and agreed terms.

Two screens, and a tab strip between them

Everything below lives in two places. Your own producer page carries the attendee work, behind a tab strip that only appears for people on your access list, and the program page carries your links, your traffic and your statements.

There is nothing to install and no dashboard to configure. The events you have already run are what fill these screens in.

Nobody outside your seats sees any of it. The public half of your producer page stays exactly as it is.

Apply, agree, review

  1. Step 1

    Apply to the program

  2. Step 2

    Agree on individually reviewed terms

  3. Step 3

    Review the relationship record

Every screen, in the order you meet them starting on your own producer page

  1. 01

    Attendee intelligence

Sign in on a seat and a new section appears under your events. Everyone else, including gyms and parents reading your results, sees the page without it.

  2. 02

    Top gyms

The tab you land on. Every gym that competed at your events, with its team count, its routine count and how many of your events it entered. Sort by any of them.

  3. 03

    Geography

The same attendee list plotted on a map, so a cluster you have been serving for years and a state you barely reach stop being an impression.

  4. 04

    Retention

Returning, new and churned, measured against the prior season. Underneath, the loyalty split: how many gyms came to one of your events, how many came to two, how many came to three or more.

  5. 05

    Prospects

Active gyms inside your footprint states that did not attend, ranked by distance to your nearest event. Each row carries website, Instagram, phone and email.

  6. 06

    Event producers

The landscape map. Every public competition on FullOut, color coded by producer, over a national layer of where gyms are actually competing. This is the markets you are not in, drawn.

  7. 07

    Your links and codes

The program page opens with your referral link and your promo codes. A free signup through them stays credited to you even if that person upgrades months later.

  8. 08

    Per event campaign links

A separate link for each event, so the entry email for one weekend and the results post for another are counted apart instead of together.

  9. 09

    Traffic and conversions

Clicks on each link, and what those clicks turned into. Read it during a season rather than after it.

  10. 10

    Monthly statements

One row a month showing what you earned against your minimum. We compute the statement, then a person on our side settles it with you.

  11. 11

    Seats

Five of them. Owner, full, and analytics only, each carrying the Pro plan on that person's own account. The money is hidden from an analytics only seat, so a sales hire can work the prospect list without seeing your terms.

Keep the record connected

Without a connected path

Without an agreed relationship view, event weekends remain separate records.

With FullOut

Use an agreed relationship view across events and seasons.

Tell us about the events you run. We will review the application individually and discuss whether an agreed producer relationship is available.
