Everyone in the gym has an answer and nobody has the list. Leaderboards rank teams on the results they were actually scored on, inside the division where those scores mean something.

Create your free accountA score only means something next to the teams that competed the same routine under the same rules. An 89 in a Youth division and an 89 in a Senior division are two different results, and one national list that stacks them together answers nothing.
So the question stays in the group chat all season. Out of every team in our exact division, in this exact size, where do we actually sit?
Scores are only compared within a division. That is the entire reason the filters exist, and why the ranking starts there instead of ending there.
One ranking, drawn from scored results this season, sliced until it is your division and nobody else's.

Consistency reads how tightly a team's scores cluster. Trend reads the direction of its recent ones. Both come with the Elite plan.
The board is built from 100k+ recorded scores, across 10 seasons, covering 2,000+ All Star Cheer teams. It reports what was scored. It does not predict Saturday, and a team trending upward is a team trending upward, not a result.
Two words get used loosely and mean different things here. A banner is a first place finish in a finals round. A podium is a top three finish. Counted separately, they say different things about a program.
Best Cheer Gyms ranks programs state by state on both counts, across a season of real results. The leaderboards rank teams inside a division. Between them you can answer the team question and the program question without switching to a different sport's vocabulary.
Coaches sizing up a division before an event, and gym owners who want to know where each of their teams sits nationally rather than at one competition.
Also athletes and families choosing between programs, and anyone who has spent a season hearing a claim about the best team in the country and wanted to check it against the record.
From: A head coach or gym owner whose team appears on the board, named, with their gym
Must say: Where they assumed their team sat before they filtered the leaderboard to their exact level, age and size, and where it actually sat.
