The header
Your name, photo, gym and current team sit at the top in the hero layout. That layout is free on every plan.

Team and season history
Every team you have been on, kept by season. A 2023-24 team sits under this year's team instead of replacing it.

The placements
Each season carries the events that team competed and the results that were actually scored, pulled from results already on FullOut.

Photos and video
Posting is free on every plan. The free Prep plan and the Elite plan give you 15 uploads a month and video up to 3 minutes. The Pro plan gives you 45 a month and 5 minutes.

Who you follow
Follow teams, gyms, competitions and people. What they do lands in your feed instead of you going looking for it.

Score alerts on a team you follow. The free Prep plan covers one team, the Elite plan covers every team you follow.

Parent and athlete links
A parent account and an athlete account link to each other, free on every plan. They stay separate accounts with one profile each, linked rather than merged.

All of it is one URL you can put in a bio or send to a coach, and it keeps updating after you send it.
Click through a profile being built
Start signed out on /@[username] for a real athlete with several seasons. Scroll the hero layout, open one season in the team history, then open one competition row so the placement and the score are visible. Sign in as the free Prep plan seed user, add a photo to the gallery so the monthly quota counter shows, then press follow on the team and switch the bell on. Finish on the parent and athlete link screen under /my.
Add the embed host to frame-src in next.config.js in the same change, or the iframe will be blocked with no console error.
