What you see after you claim your gym page

Your gym page is probably already up, built from results that were actually scored. Claiming it hands you the edit controls and the view across every team in the program.

Why gym owners use it
The gym management screen, where an owner edits the program's public profile

The public gym page is free. Claiming, seats and the program wide analyze view are on the Pro plan.

Your logged in home is two screens

One is the public gym page that parents, athletes and recruits already land on. The other is the manage screen sitting behind it, which only seat holders can open.

Everything you change lives on the manage screen. Everything you want people to find stays on the public page, and the two are the same page from different sides.

Claiming does not create your gym. It hands you the keys to the page visitors already reach.

Every screen a gym owner opens, in the order you reach them

Capture needed

/gyms/[id]/manage on iPhone 390x844 via WebKit, signed in as the PRO seed user holding the owner seat on that gym, scrolled so the bio, contact fields and the bulletin board links are visible

  1. 01

The page that is already there

Find your gym in the directory, which has search, state and division filters plus a map. The page was built from real scored results, so it exists before you do anything.

  2. 02

    Prove the gym is yours

Two paths on the claim screen. A code emailed at your gym's own website domain, which clears on its own when that domain is already on file, or a post from the gym's Instagram, which a person reviews every time. Claiming is on the Pro plan and is rolling out gym by gym.

  3. 03

    The manage screen

Bio, phone, email, website, socials and founded year. This is the screen you will spend the most time on, and it is the only place those fields can be changed.

  4. 04

    Photos and highlight videos

Post them straight to the gym page, so the page carries the routine and the room rather than a logo and a phone number.

  5. 05

Up to five bulletin board links

Tryouts, registration, whatever you are running right now. They point off platform at the pages and forms you already use, so nothing has to move here first.

  6. 06

    Up to five seats

You plus four admins. Each seat holder needs their own live Pro subscription, so give the seats to the directors and coaches who will genuinely open them.

  7. 07

The public page, once you are done

Teams, coaches, choreo and music credits, the score trend chart, division wins, the recent scores feed, the athlete grid and the gallery. That is what a visiting parent sees.

  8. 08

    Analyze across the program's teams

On the Pro plan. A scorecard grid over every team in the gym, category breakdowns and deduction analysis, so you can see where the program is winning and where it is struggling.

Walk it yourself before you sign up

Interactive tour slot

Start signed out on a public gym page at /gyms/[id] and scroll the teams, the credits, the division wins and the recent scores feed. Sign in as a gym owner on the Pro plan and open /gyms/[id]/claim, showing both proof paths without submitting either. Land on /gyms/[id]/manage, edit the bio, add one bulletin board link, then open the seat list and show the owner seat with the four admin slots beside it. Finish on /[username]/analyze/gym/[slug] with the scorecard grid across the program's teams on screen.

Add the embed host to frame-src in next.config.js in the same change, or the iframe will be blocked with no console error.

The page is public either way.
Claiming decides who holds the pen.

The public page is free and already live. The Pro plan is what decides who can edit it, who else gets a seat, and whether you can see all your teams at once. Pro is per person, so each seat holder subscribes on their own account.
