Apply for a connected producer record

Producer access and terms are reviewed individually. When a relationship is agreed, available views can connect received events, attendees and season records.

Apply to the producer program
A producer's prospect view: every active gym in their footprint that did not attend this season, plotted on a map and filterable by state, discipline and distance

Monday morning, with a folder of PDFs

The scores go up as a stack of documents, get passed around for a week, and then stop being opened. A gym that competed with you in October cannot find its own routine from that weekend by the time it is picking next season's schedule.

The one list you do keep is the list of who showed up. It is a receipt, not a picture. It cannot tell you which of those gyms are drifting, and it says nothing at all about the ones who have never entered.

You know exactly who came. The expensive question is who did not, and how far away they were standing.

Who came back, and who quietly did not

Retention across your own events, gym by gym, so the ones drifting away show up before the entry list does it for you.

Your season is already a customer list.
Nobody has ever read it as one.

None of this is a plan you can buy. Producer applications are reviewed individually, and access, terms and available relationship views must be agreed before use.

What the agreement looks like and who the five seats are for

  1. 01

A monthly fee, set per producer

There is no rate card. The fee is agreed with you, against the size and shape of your season.

  2. 02

Rev share credits against that fee

Every subscriber who converts through your links and codes is credited back against your monthly fee, at a percentage agreed per producer. Free signups stay credited to you even if they upgrade months later.

  3. 03

Cover your minimum and we pay you the difference

Each month you get a statement showing what you earned against your minimum. We compute it, then a person on our side settles it with you.

  4. 04

Five seats, each with Pro on their own account

Owner, full, and analytics only. The money is hidden from an analytics only seat, so a sales hire can work the prospect list without seeing the terms.

  5. 05

Send us your scores, live or after the fact

We do the ingest. There is nothing to install, and nothing new for your staff to run on the weekend itself.

Keep the record connected

Without a connected path

Without an agreed relationship view, event weekends remain separate records.

With FullOut

Use an agreed relationship view across events and seasons.

Bring your season onto the record

Tell us about the events you run. We will review the application individually and discuss whether an agreed producer relationship is available.
